Chart notes
AZTEC BAY chased the pace, advanced three deep to bid for the lead leaving the backstretch, dueled around the turn and drew out under urging. DATS A SUPERSTAR , bumped and pinched back leaving the starting gate, moved up three deep on the far turn then flattened out. SUPER MONEY , soundly bumped leaving the starting gate, challenged for the lead between horses leaving the backstretch, dueled around the turn, weakened and her rider dropped his whip near the sixteenth pole. DESTINED TO DANCE bumped SUPER MONEY when bearing in at the break, was no factor and circled the far turn four wide. COWGIRL HOP , three wide the first turn, was not a factor. WAVERLEY was outrun. TIPSY TOURIST bore out leaving the starting gate impeding DATS A SUPERSTAR, sped to the early lead, hugged the inner rail and faltered after a half mile.
