Chart notes
COPPER TAX broke outwardly at the start and bumped rival, then was moving up under a steady urge to gained command at the top of the turn, lost the lead briefly to DALINAR at the quarter pole, then re surged to out kick said rival mid stretch and held on well to prevail in the end. DALINAR pressed the pace from the inside early, settled back to third position heading into the turn, then moved up while three wide to take command at the quarter pole, led briefly in the early stretch before being outkicked by COPPER TAX in late stretch. PACK PLAYS set the pace while two wide leaving the gate and into the turn, was over taken for the lead heading into the lane and flattened out. MIDNIGHT STORY chased the leaders from the inside, continued to bid mildly on the turn and needed more in the end. WILD ALEX was bumped at the start, settled back along the rail behind the field, found best stride on the turn to bid in the stretch and was no threat.
