Chart notes
SAPPHIRE BEAUTY , angled out leaving the first turn, gained a three wide lead near the three eighths pole, moved to the inner rail on the far turn and held sway under pressure. ALWAYS LAUGHING , bumped and forced four wide entering the first turn, raced inside horses on the far turn, swung to the four path at the head of the stretch and rallied. ICE CUBE BABY came out bumping ALWAYS LAUGHING entering the first turn, hugged the inner rail on the far turn, eased out to the two path entering the stretch, challenged for the lead outside the winner in upper stretch then gave way. O SHAUGHESEY , fractious in the starting gate, hugged the inner rail down the backstretch and on the far turn, chased the pace and weakened. WICKED SAUCY was outrun. ALLIALLIOXENFREE showed speed off the inner rail, drifted wide the far turn, weakened and was eased.
