DISTURBED dueled outside to the stretch, repelled a second challenge and edged clear driving. FLORIANOPOLIS settled wide off the dueling leaders, loomed a stretch threat but was outfinished. CHIP'S FRIEND hustled to a narrow advantage inside, vied to the stretch and faded. DOCTOR MAGIC trailed early and was always far behind. MAJESTIC LION saved ground off the pace and began retreating after half a mile. PRACTICALLYMINE drifted wide on the first turn and gave way readily.
