Chart notes
PRINCESS HALIME stalked the early pace three wide, rallied through the far turn to make the lead entering the stretch and drew off under left handed urging. KINGSTON TIME never far back, had a mild rally four wide into the stretch and finished second best. BACKSPLASH trailed into the stretch, swung wide and closed a gap late outside in the six path. SPECIAL BEACH vied for the lead along the inside into the stretch and lacked the needed response. COURTLY vied for the lead two wide into the far turn then weakened. ANNMARIA trailed from the gate, rushed to the lead five wide leaving the clubhouse turn, set the pace past the quarter pole then was used up.
