GET A GRIP MARILYN set a pressured pace in the two path, made a bid leaving the quarter pole to shake clear by the furlong marker, then drew out in the furlong grounds to prove best under right handed crop urging. FANCY WARRIOR tracked the early pace three wide, made a four wide bid leaving the turn but flattened out, held place award. SHUT IT CALI was rated on the inside early, two wide by the quarter pole, angled out for racing room and had a mild late kick, missed place award. PUSH pressed the pace on the inside and weakened in the drive. BEDTIMEBOURBON was settled early, three wide by the quarter pole an d had no rally. TIPHARAH chased ther pace four wide, came five wide by the quarter pole and was empty. COLETTE'S SPIRIT was settled early and was on the inside on the turn, failed to respond.
