Chart notes
TAKEMETOTHEMOON forced the pace outside, came in bumping foe twice nearing the eighth pole then was just up following a long drive. SAL N LOUIE set a measured pace, was collared at the quarter pole, was bumped twice near the eighth pole and just missed. LIBERTY RUNNER settled just off the pace inside and faded after three quarters. OMERTA CODE dropped back early and trailed throughout. Following an objection by the rider of SAL N LOUIE against the winner for interference in midstretch, TAKEMETOTHEMOON was was disqualified and placed second.
