Chart notes
HOLY SAINT prompted the pace two wide then along the inside, matched strides the length of the stretch and proved best by the narrowest of margins under left handed urging. OTIS OTIS OTIS had speed from the start three wide, gained a narrow lead at the quarter pole, battled two wide the length of the stretch and just missed in a game effort. ICON trailed into the stretch, swung wide and had a mild late rally in the six path. AUGER closeup inside, altered course to the five path entering the stretch then went evenly. BROTHER SKYE failed to menace. THE COOKIE MAN broke in front, dropped inside, set a pressured pace for three and one half furlongs then stopped.
