Chart notes
FORTES gave distant chase toward the inside, was eased outward through the turn and left the turn about the six path, then steadily closed to take the nod under the wire. TIZ THE REASON accelerated to the front approaching the seven sixteenths pole and rated the pace, came under pressure leaving the five sixteenths pole, raced at the rail on the turn, dug in under steady stretch encouragement but was nipped under the wire. LIKING IT TWISTED chased through the backstretch, raced in the four path on the turn then came along for third while outfinished for second in later yards. BLACK PANDA gave chase, raced off the rail on the turn then flattened the final sixteenth. LITTLE BIT OF THAT chased through the backstretch, raced at the rail on the turn and remained a factor to late stretch before flattening stride. GRANDIOSELY chased, rounded the turn at the rail and weakened in the lane. R WORKING GIRL broke a step slow and lacked speed.
