ISLAND BENDER set the pace, drew off leaving the turn and extended the lead while kept to task. SASSY MAMA pressed the pace along the inside, shifted out on the turn, fell back entering the stretch, finished evenly and was no match for the winner. CHARLEY PAINTS was never far back, swung wide leaving the turn, finished evenly and settled for show. KOOL KARMA veered in at the start and was off slowly, was taken outside, dropped back in entering the turn and closed along the rail to improve position. CLOUDLESS BLUE was never far back, swung wide leaving the turn and gave way. NENA'S GONE WILD hesitated at the start, was crowded and off slowly and trailed the field.
