Chart notes
SMOOTH WAVES prompt the early leader two deep from the outside, took command into the upper stretch and drew off to we clear while being kept to pressure. PLUMERIA showed good early foot to set the early pace along the inside but was no match for the winner. SURPRENANT COCCA was bumped, shuffled back at the start, raced with the second flight early on, was two to four deep around the turn and rallied willingly to the wire racing four deep. SHOW ME THE CANDY dropped back off the early pace, raced six wide into the upper stretch and moved up to improve position while racing from the outside. MS QUALITY CONTROL stalked the pace, raced along the inside around the turn through the stretch and race even late with no closing run. EVERLAND stalked the pace, raced three to four wide into the upper stretch and weakened a bit through the drive. BLAME THE GELATO raced mid pack early on, was two to three deep around the turn and had no late response. MODERN SOUND was bumped at the start, forwardly placed from the outside, raced three to four wide around the turn and weakened in the drive. LINDSEY raced five deep around the far turn, shifted in through the upper stretch and had no response. BERYL RACER broke sharply to the outside, bumped rival, raced four to six wide around the turn and never menaced. CRUISIN LUCY was off slowly, raced near the inside and lacked a bid. TONY BLUE TAPE was squeezed back at the start, raced three to four wide and never threatened.
