FATIH away alertly, set the pace racing with a clear lead, showed the way into the stretch racing well off the inside, dug in, began to weaken in the final sixteenth and was caught in deep stretch. BET OF THE CENTURY stalked close up three wide early, chased outside on the turn, came four wide into the lane, rallied outside, angled in and closed late. BET HE'S READY hopped and was bumped at the start, chased five wide early on, moved up inside on the turn, gained second, then was outkicked. FUN AT THE FORT was bumped at the start, chased four wide at the half mile marker, then two wide on the turn and rallied mildly between foes in the lane. WESTOVER raced two wide off the pace, chased on the turn, came three wide into the stretch and weakened. V MART was off slowly, rushed up between rivals, checked at the seven sixteenths marker, then chased and failed to threaten. TIEMPO PERFECTO chased two wide early, chased on the turn and faded. SMOOTH RICO chased close up on the inside, then was steadied and shuffled back at the seven sixteenths marker and failed to threaten after that. QUICKENING broke through the gate prior, trailed the field and did not factor. BODONTKNOW broke through the gate prior, then raced off the pace inside and was outrun. COWBOY JIM chased close up on the inside, steadied nearing the turn and gave way.
