Chart notes
LORI'S EYES stalked the pace on the outside, held position on the two path through the turn, bid three wide outside the leader into the stretch, edged ahead at the furlong marker, then drew off and was kept to the task. UPTOWN CHARLOTTE well placed and outside, moved up two and three wide through the turn, fanned four wide into the stretch, then drifted in while gaining and edged up for the place. SURE ENOUGH mid pack, looped up three and four wide through the turn, fanned five wide into the stretch, made a steady gain and edged up for the show. ORGANZA allowed to settle, moved up two and three wide through the turn, came three wide into the stretch and closed for a share. KEEN ON ME tracked the pace, saved ground through the turn, came through inside into the stretch and flattened out. DRIFTING MELODIES unhurried, looped up three wide through the turn, came four wide into the stretch, then could not gain the final furlong. ZORA was no factor, inside. FOLLOW THROUGH sprinted to a clear lead soon after the start and faded late.
