BEOCCA steadied along inside while in perfect position throughout, got through past the quarter and stretch to rally clear under good handling to the wire. DESERT HIGHWAY speed to the front, set pace to the stretch, outkicked stretch. GUNLEATHER AL chased leader to far turn from inside bid quarter pole, showed. CONNECT ME no speed to far turn, rallied along in the stretch to improve. DIAL HIM UP chased top pair to the half with nothing left from the far turn. GRASSROOTS never prominent to far turn with nothing left in the drive. DOM GERVASIO dwelt at the start while always far back. Race was hand timed due to a bad sensor on the turf course, all turf races will be hand timed for the remainder of the meet
