SHANGHAI CANDY was reserved early, between rivals at the half mile marker, advanced three wide on the turn, shifted out and came five wide into the lane while still advancing, then hit the front leaving the furlong marker and edged clear to prove best, driving. WAHOOWA WAHOOWA set the pace while in the three path, then shook clear on the turn and came two wide into the lane, then was headed leaving the furlong marker but kept on. SUPER DUDE tracked the pace three wide, then made a four wide bid off the turn but needed more late. PRATT was reserved three wide early, then was two wide on the far turn, then had a mild late rally on the inside. THE METHOD pressed the pace on the inside, swung out three wide leaving the turn and faded. PATTY'S BOY was settled back on the inside, swung out four wide leaving the turn but had no late rally. PURPLE SHIRT was reserved two wide early, inside on the far turn and lacked a rally. MINE TO HOLD chased the pace three to two wide and tired.
