EXPRESS FASHION allowed to settle, closed ground steadily, altered course from the three path to the five path in deep stretch, dug in determinedly and got up in the final strides, IN TROUBLED WATERS stalked the pace three wide down the backstretch, responded with a rapid move two wide on the turn to make the lead before the quarter pole, set the balance of the pace and was caught in the final stages. KISS VALENTINA stalked the pace four wide, dug in late three wide and just missed. GO GIRL set a pressured pace along the inside through the turn then was outfinished. RONNI'S WIND was no threat. I'M JAC'D failed to menace. VILLAGE CAT pressed the early pace two wide, stopped abruptly on the turn, was eased to the wire and walked off.
