Chart notes
BIG SAVE stalked the pace, moved up four wide into the upper stretch and finished well to edge clear under strong handling. GRAND MANNER prompt the early pace setter from the outside, was in full command near the five sixteenths pole but couldn't match strides with the winner in the drive to finish second best. MEAN TWEETS dropped back off the early pace, raced three to four wide around the turn and moved up from the outside to improve position. SIMPSON BAY set a pressured pace along the inside and faded. CAPE COD SUMMER was off slowly, raced two to four wide around the far turn and had no late rally. MR LAOBAN dropped back early on, raced rom the inside near the three eighths pole, raced four deep in the drive and never was a factor. WOOTDAREITIS coaxed along from the inside and faded.
