Chart notes
SOME IS NINE , a bit rank at the break, quickly sprinted clear, angled in leaving the backstretch, set the pace slightly off the inner rail and pulled away with something in reserve. FLAT DISCOUNT , bumped by IRISH LACE leaving the starting gate, chased the winner while in the two path around the turn, remained on her left lead in the stretch and weakened. IRISH LACE bumped FLAT DISCOUNT when bearing out at the break, was three deep on the turn and steadily weakened through the stretch. GOLD TIME VIXEN , steadied along the inner rail near the three eighths pole, failed to menace. NEED A MARKER , in the two path between horses entering the turn, swung four wide approaching the stretch and gave way. SALTY SAUL trailed.
