Chart notes
PIZZA CHARLIE raced up close around the first turn then took over the lead nearing the mid-way point mid-way up the backstretch, held clear around the turn, saved ground turning for home and drew off under a mild drive. MEET GEORGE JETSON raced off the early pace, picked up the tempo around the far turn, hustled along three to four wide into upper stretch and finished clearly second best. SKYFLYER was unhurried and raced in the last flight up the backstretch, hustled along two wide into upper stretch and churned on for a share. DODGER BLUE raced in or near the back, was ridden along three wide and gained position around the turn then failed to sustain bid through the lane. EIGHT STRAIGHT was forwardly placed sitting just off the leader up the backstretch, chased after the eventual winner around the turn the tired in the drive. TIZ RED TIME hustled up out of the gate and held a slim lead around the first turn, continued on top then got collared by the eventual winner nearing the mid-way point up the backstretch, continued in range into the turn then steadily retreated.
