Chart notes
PISTOL PACKIN BOS broke in front, gave up the lead after dropping inside, waited while pressing the pace through the turn, got through to make the lead before the furlong marker and won under brisk handling. RATATAT stalked the pace three then four wide into the stretch, dug in late and got up for second. DANES LAST SONG sped to the lead two wide soon after the start, set the pace until mid stretch then was outfinished. OUR LAST SONG was boxed in along the rail down the backstretch, shifted out and split horses two wide past mid turn, kept on while three wide through the stretch but was outfinished despite a determined effort. MANDOLIN BREEZE failed to menace. C MORE PRIDE had speed through the turn then faded.
