Chart notes
BIG SWEDE broke a step slow, climbed at the rear early, chased four wide around the bend, rallied four deep midstretch and edged away from CURLY ESA late. CURLY ESA hopped at the start, chased four then three wide around the bend, bid three deep midstretch, dueled with BIG SWEDE in the final sixteenth and got outkicked. SONIC BREES pressed the pace from outside, chased the leader three then two wide around the bend, challenged again between rivals entering the final furlong, flattened in deep stretch but saved the show. FAST PER SE set the pace under pressure up the backstretch, cleared around the bend and angled to the inside, drifted out midstretch and yielded in the late stages and missed the show. ECONOMICAL stalked up close from inside, saved ground through the turn, moved out a bit in upper stretch and weakened. PAPALE chased four deep between rivals and got crowded a bit at the nine-sixteenths pole, chased three wide exiting the backstretch then moved into the two path, steered out in the lane and lacked a rally.
