Chart notes
SHE'S FIRE sprinted to a clear lead soon after the start, turned back a bid into the stretch, shook clear, then drew off and was kept to the task. GOTTS GOT IT broke out at the start, was well placed and outside, gained position three and four wide through the turn, came four wide into the stretch, made a steady gain, and closed well for the place. SWEET SODDY J well placed and inside, saved ground through the turn, came through inside of rivals into the stretch, made a steady gain and edged up for the show late. GOING UP veered in slightly early and steadied, tracked the pace, moved to position two and three wide through the turn, bid three wide outside the leader into the stretch, then drifted in, steadied to straighten and weakened late. UNCLE KENNY passed a tiring rival. BANNEKER was no factor.
