Chart notes
GAVICHI stalked the leaders outside, bid to the front in the stretch then drew away driving in the final furlong. BAHAMA PEARL prompted the pace inside, weakened late but lasted for place dead heat. KNOCK OUT KID outrun to the stretch then passed rivals to gain place dead heat. ANGINETTI moved just off the pace between rivals then flattened out. GIA'S FUEGO set a clear pace for half a mile and faltered in the stretch. ROSES FROM HEAVEN dropped back wide early and lacked a solid rally. MISS ALEX lagged far behind and trailed throughout.
