Chart notes
VEGAS PLAYER sprinted to the lead soon after the start, set all the pace under pressure and proved best under left handed urging in a stretch long drive. INDY CARR pressured the winner two wide and just missed getting up in time. NOSEY POWER never far back, offered a mild bid three wide nearing the quarter pole then leveled off. ORLEANS STORM close up along the inside, failed to respond. JOHN PHILIP was void of early speed and no threat. KING PATRIOT was fractious in the gate, broke slowly, had speed through the turn then gave way.
