Chart notes
RICH'S WAY was taken back early, raced wide throughout, came wide into the lane and closed full of run to get up late to prove best, driving. AFFABLE MONARCH broke in and was off a step slow, reserved early, shifted out and was five wide down the backstretch, was roused leaving the five eighths to get into position, came five wide into the lane and was slowly gaining late but was outfinished by the winner. RHUMJAR was rated four wide on the backstretch, made a three wide bid on the turn to loom boldly but hung in the lane, got show award late. PARKERNESS was away alertly to set a fast pace early while clear, then was headed by the quarter pole, dug in gamely in the drive but faded late and lost the show award on the wire. CAUGHTANDCOLLECTED was well placed on the inside and had no kick, bested rest. SUPER CONSTITUTION chased the pace three wide and weakened. CAPTAIN QUINT chased the pace two to three wide and tired. BE ONBOARD was four wide into the first turn, stalked the pace four to three wide and tired.
