Chart notes
DART set a pressured pace on the inside, then was headed and passed leaving the five sixteenths, then made a bid to come again and kick clear leaving the turn, then drew out in the final furlong to prove best, driving. FILIGREE stalked the early pace three wide, made a three wide bid to be clear by the quarter pole, but flattened out in the lane, held place award. SIR SMOAK chased the pace two wide, came three wide into the lane, then split rivals leaving the furlong marker and had a late rally to gain the show award and just miss the place award. CALL ME MAESTRO chased the pace four wide and came five wide into the lane and had no kick. TROPHY ROOM pressed the pace two wide, then was between rivals by the five sixteenths, swung out four wide leaving the turn and weakened. STARSTREET was off a step slow, made a inside move on the turn but flattened out the final furlong. SUPERSTITIEUX was reserved early, angled out in the lane and found best stride late. WESTOVER was away alertly and through early.
