Chart notes
SECRETARY OF WAR tracked the pace, moved up while boxed through the second turn, got through inside the leader into the stretch, then made a steady gain and drove clear late. DIAMONDHARD STONE well placed, gained position two and three wide through the second turn, came four wide into the stretch and closed well for the place. TWIST OF FAITH well placed and off the rail, gained position on the two path through the second turn, came three wide into the stretch and flattened the final furlong. BRADY passed a tiring rival. COMMANDING sprinted to a clear lead soon after the start, stayed on when challenged into the stretch, then faded late. PER RULING #ECM2025-36 FROM HIWU, TWIST OF FAITH WAS DISQUALIFIED FROM THIRD TO UNPLACED DUE TO A MEDICATION VIOLATION.
