Chart notes
TREPAT accelerated to the early lead, saved ground around the turn, responded to the whip in mid stretch and was allowed to relax late. SMOOTH RICO , four wide leaving the turn, rallied. NOTION TO TAPIT , bumped leaving the starting gate, steadied in traffic near the five eighths pole, swung to the five path turning for home and had a mild rally outside rivals. NO ME DIGAS saved ground on the turn, remained along the rail in the stretch and failed to menace in an even effort. RASCALLY REBEL , three deep around the turn, chased the pace to upper stretch and weakened. CAVALRY COMMAND bobbled then was pinched back leaving the starting gate worked between horses on the turn and failed to be a factor. SPONSORED , outrun, raced inside horses most of the trip. GRAND ESCAPE showed speed along the inner rail, angled out leaving the turn, chased the winner to the stretch and gave way. SWEET ASTA bore in on rivals leaving the starting gate, was outrun and turned for home six wide.
