STUBBORN STREAK stalked the early leader, forced the pace on the turn and from the four path at the top of the stretch drew clear. C BY THE SEA was in touch, roused on the turn and from the four path at the top of the stretch was up for place. CHICAGO FREDDY was hustled from the inside and had the lead on the turn but from the three path at the top of the stretch had nothing left. SIR GRAYVENSCROFT was in touch and a factor from the inside on the turn but had no late kick. THE SWAYZE EXPRESS was well back, trailed the field on the turn, fell over rival in mid stretch and walked off. NO MORE was away alertly, raced evenly on the turn but fell in mid stretch and was vanned off.
