Chart notes
SAINT GOAR allowed to settle, looped up three wide through the turn, fanned widest into the stretch, made a steady gain and edged up in the final strides. DREAMING OF KONA vied for the early lead on the inside, moved up to gain a short lead through the turn, stayed on when challenged at the furlong marker, edged back ahead in the late going and was outfinished. GAGETOWN unhurried, saved ground on the two path through the turn, came through on that path into the stretch, then angled in late for racing room and edged up for the show. EMBOLDEN unhurried, moved up inside through the turn, came through inside of rivals into the stretch, made a steady gain, edged ahead, then weakened late and held a share. GET EVEN well placed and off the rail, moved up three wide through the turn, came four wide into the stretch and had no rally. WARRIOR'S PAYOFF set the early pace off the rail, stayed on when challenged through the turn, then faded into the stretch.
