LIPARI advanced to the lead at the half edging to daylight on the far turn digging in under outside pressure late becoming weary holding on at the end. MACI'S GEMSTONE went evenly emerging to threaten on the far turn extending outside the leader down the lane wearing down while hanging late. TEST YOUR FAITH steadied briefly on the first turn lagging through the backside, came evenly to upper stretch closing in late on a very weary front end. MORE TO FOLLOW raced evenly tiring on the far turn. TWELVE SHARP sent clear early was caught on the backside wilting abruptly on the far turn. NIKITA folded up early. AN OBJECTION FROM THE RIDER OF TEST YOUR FAITH AGAINST THE RIDER OF LIPARI FOR INTERFERENCE ON THE OPENING TURN WAS DISMISSED BY THE STEWARDS.
