Chart notes
EXCITEMENT stalked the pace three wide into the stretch, rallied to make the lead two wide inside the furlong marker and drew off under a strong hand ride. OKLAHOMA JOE broke in front, set the pace along the inside until deep stretch then was no match for the winner. BUCKEYE SKY stalked the pace into the stretch, drifted out to the seven path and finished evenly. SWING STATE failed to menace. OHIO STRONG was righted at the start, chased the pace two wide into the stretch then weakened. TURNING PAGES was no threat. CHOCOLATE RABBIT was no factor.
