Chart notes
BESTSUGARDADDYEVER trailed for half a mile, advanced strongly, swung wide into the stretch and rallied clear. WINDSOR GOLD stalked the pace three wide, took over on the final turn, was collared and finished gamely. MCCRAKENS GHOST made a menacing circling move into the stretch then flattened out. CLASSIC UNION saved ground close up, bid at the quarter pole then faltered. LOUIE'S LAW dropped back early then caught weakening rivals. GAME SEVEN raced off the leaders three wide and faded steadily. MARGIN OF AIR forced the pace for five furlongs and stopped abruptly. GUN COLLECTOR hustled to the front inside for half a mile and gave way.
