HUEY DUEY took a quick lead and rated the pace while tapering in, came under pressure approaching the quarter pole, rounded the turn at the rail and held on under steady handling. FROGGY THE GREMLIN gave chase, raced in the three path on the turn and finished evenly at the winners outside flank. CAJUN FUN chased outside through the backstretch, rounded the turn in the four path and came along to take third inside the sixteenth pole. DOC ELM gave chase, raced in the three path on the turn and ran evenly in the stretch. SKY OF GOLD saved ground. BIG BALLOONS chased inside and faded at the rail on the turn.
