Chart notes
SUPER GEUSE allowed to settle, saved ground through the turns, came through inside the leader into the stretch, made a steady gain and drew off late. MULSANNE (IRE) mid pack, looped up three wide through the second turn, bid on that path into the stretch, made a steady gain, edged ahead at the furlong marker, then was no match late, while clearly best of the rest. VARSITY DOLL sprinted away from the field in the early going, stayed on when challenged into the stretch, then weakened late and held the show. ALARRA well placed and inside, angled out three and four wide moving up through the second turn, came widest into the stretch and edged up for a share. WINE IN THE DARK never far back, looped to position four wide through the second turn, bid on that path into the stretch and weakened. AMATTEROFPRINCIPLE well placed and outside, gained a striking position on the two path through the turn, then faded three wide into the stretch. MEMORIES ETERNAL steadied at the start, was allowed to settle, looped up three and four wide through the second turn, then faded into the stretch. NAUGHTY PUMPKIN tracked the pace and faded after a half.
