Chart notes
WORDS OF WISDOM stalked the pace while inside into the turn, rallied two wide at the quarter pole, angled back to the inside and quickly drew away in mid stretch and was ridden out in the end. FATHER RED chased the early pace while two wide into the turn, rallied in upper stretch and was four wide in the drive but was second best. LAPIS LAZULI stalked the pace while three wide into the turn, rallied four wide in upper stretch but was no menace in late stretch. FORT HOOD pressed the pace while two wide into the turn, rallied and was in a long drive but weakened in late stretch. STOCKPILER was very wide in the early going, rallied five wide in the stretch and was no threat. LAWLESS JOHN set the early pace, was hard used then stopped in the stretch drive.
