Chart notes
INDIANA RED rated close inside leaving the mile marker, gave chase approaching the three eighths pole and took the lead two deep toward the head of the lane, drew clear past the eighth pole and was steadily handled to widen. HONOR THE FLEET took the lead three wide at the thirteen sixteenths pole and moved to the inside to rate the pace, came under pressure nearing the five sixteenths, was met at the rail toward the head of the lane, dropped back leaving the eighth pole and settled for second best. LOKOYA ROAD raced off the rail, gave chase passing the half mile pole, rounded the far turn off the rail and dueled through the stretch for third. MAGNETRON steadied leaving the gate and settled off the rail, picked up the chase nearing the seven sixteenths pole, raced at the rail on the far turn and was outfinished in the stretch duel for third. CANTAKEITANYMORE rated close to the early pace about the three path but faded into the second turn. CHESAPEAKE CHARLIE settled off the rail and showed little response through the backstretch. WHAT'S TO BLAME raced off the pace in the three and four paths, left the second turn outside and showed little response.
