Chart notes
PURE MALICE unhurried in the beginning, made a steady gain, moved up on the outside around the final turn, rallied down the lane, four wide and proved the best late. FUNNYFLAME pressed the pace, forwardly placed throughout, made a bid, took the lead and was outfinished by PURE MALICE for the win. MINOR DISCREPANCY vied for the early lead, saved ground and proved no match for the top two. IRISH MOON showed early speed, raced close throughout and just missed for third. FREE DROP ROB raced within striking distance, weakened and was no real factor. DYNAMIC SUN raced in the back of the pack, improved position, but was no threat. CLEARING CUSTOMS raced near the middle of the field, put forth an even effort and lacked a bid. PAPA FLEW BOMBERS raced in the middle of the pack and faded. LATE NIGHT CRUISER had a tight start, racing in the back and was never a threat. MYTURNTODEAL lacked early speed, raced outside around the first turn and showed little.
