Chart notes
MECKES PRIORITY went to the front, forwardly placed throughout, drove clear around the second turn and was kept to the task. KAT'S SOLDIER unhurried in the early part, made a steady gain, rallied down the lane and finished willingly. R T'S IRON MAN raced in the middle of the field, moved up, within contention, proved no match for the top two, but held on for third. MY UNCLE BILLY lacked early speed, made a late bid and missed third. ALL TOGETHER raced in the middle of the field, came around the final turn on the outside, put forth an even effort and lacked a late kick. WINNING DANCE pressed the pace, saved ground around the second turn and faded. TAPIT TWICE lacked early speed, moved up, but was no factor. POPPY T showed early speed and was finished early. WILD FIST raced within contention and dropped back. MOTANAAFER trailed throughout and was outrun. THE JOCKEY OF #3 RT'S IRON MAN LODGED A CLAIM OF FOUL AGAINST #5 KAT'S SOLDIER FOR INTERFERENCE DOWN THE HOME STRETCH. AFTER VIEWING REPLAYS STEWARDS TOOK NO ACTION.
