Chart notes
CECIL THE GREAT pressured the pace and took the nod two deep midway on the turn, dug in under steady handling leaving the turn and cleared HARLEY SIOUX in later yards. The latter ducked in leaving the gate and made contact with Gambling Fever, set a pressured pace through the backstretch but was met at the rail midway on the turn, relented in mid-stretch and just lasted for second. MY BALBOA gave chase through the backstretch, raced in the three path on the turn, ran evenly in the lane and just missed second. DIMELO PAPI was bumped leaving the gate then gave chase, raced evenly in the stretch but pulled up lame on the clubhouse turn and was consequently euthanized. DON'T GET CAUGHTUP gave chase toward the outside, rounded the turn about the four path and showed little in the lane. GAMBLING FEVER was bumped soundly at the break then angled out to give chase, but to no avail. This race was hand timed.
