Chart notes

NANASQUAN was three wide into the first turn, well rated early, then went up to duel for the lead nearing the half mile marker, made a bide to take over on the turn and opened up, then was hand ridden in to prove much the best. MAKE A SPLASH was well placed on the inside, then chased the winner two wide on the turn, proved to be no match for that rival while clearly second best. DUSTED was rated early, four to five wide on the backstretch, then made a mild bid three wide on the far turn but tired in the drive, bested rest. MISS MIA LIA was settled back early, four wide on the far turn and had no rally, bested others. FAIRVIEW vied for th lead on the inside and gave way after five furlongs. MADISON COUNTY was five wide into the first turn, went up to vie for the lead three wide and then stopped after a half mile.
