Chart notes
MIDNIGHT LADY was squeezed at the start, was void of any early speed, loomed five wide through the second turn, was gaining steadily, took control stretch and edged clear. HOLIDAY PRESENCE was allowed to settle early, saved ground into the turn, angled out, was closing late and finished second best. BAILEYS SHOT set a pressured early pace, raced three wide into the second turn, couldn't sustain the run and weakened late. CRY IF I WANT TO raced in mid pack early, raced between rivals into the home turn, angled out and finished evenly late. IN A MINESHAFT was reserved early, went four wide into the second turn and offered no late rally. DE DE'S BIRD pressed the early pace from the inside and gave way. SWEET THELMA JEAN was outrun early from the inside and never fired. HOT LIPS HOULIHAN was taken back early, went three wide into the second turn and was no factor. LIL'S MARK was unhurried early, raced off the rail and was no threat.
