Chart notes
OOCHIE raced in the three path around the first turn, dueled on the outside for the run up the backstretch, continued to battle from the two path coming around the far turn, drifted out in upper stretch and pulled clear from there. MISS CHARGE IT saved ground around the first turn, dueled on the inside up the backstretch, continued to battle from the rail around the second turn, was forced to steady slightly and switch outside when OOCHIE drifted out in upper stretch and chased on to the finish. OLD SCHOOL FLASH raced in the two path headed into the first bend, bumping with MAVE RUNNER in the process, chased the pace setters on the outside up the backstretch, continued around the far turn still in the two path and kept on in the lane. SHEZA CAT raced in the two path around the first turn, settled in the middle of the pack on the outside for the run up the backstretch, saved ground around the far turn and was outkicked in the lane. ANGEL AND ME saved ground around the first turn, trailed the field up the backstretch, continued around the far turn in the two path and never threatened. MAVE RUNNER raced in tight quarters and bumped with OLD SCHOOL FLASH while saving ground around the first turn, settled off the pace on the inside for the run up the backstretch, continued to save ground around the far bend and was empty in the stretch. LEPRECHAUN CHARM lost her rider leaving the gate, was caught by an outrider in the stretch and walked off. A STEWARDS INQUIRY WAS MADE INTO THE START. UPON REVIEW, HORSE FIVE, LEPRECHAUN CHARM, WAS DETERMINED NOT TO HAVE A HAD A FAIR BEGINNING AND WAS DECLARED A NON STARTER BY THE STEWARDS. A SEPARATE INQUIRY WAS MADE INTO UPPER STRETCH, AS WELL AS A RIDER OBJECTION, THE RIDER OF HORSE FOUR, MISS CHARGE IT, CLAIMING INTERFERENCE AGAINST HORSE SEVEN, OOCHIE. NO CHANGES WERE MADE TO THE ORDER OF FINISH REGARDING THAT INCIDENT.
