THEDAYOFTHEGREY was fractious in the gate, broke alertly, set a pressured pace into the stretch, shook clear before the furlong marker and prevailed under strong handling. KID RUSSELL vied for the lead three wide and finished second best two wide. KEEPING SCORE was bumped at the start, allowed to settle and closed a gap late in the four path. RUN BUBBA RUN unhurried early, found her best stride late in the three path. GARRETT bore out at the start bumping KEEPING SCORE then was no factor. BUCKEYE RUCKUS well placed, failed to respond. WHAT A RUSH pressured the winner along the inside into the stretch then gave way.
