Chart notes
TITOS WITH A TWIST took back off of the fast early pace and saved ground into the first turn, tracked the solid pace through the backstretch run, saved all of the ground into the second turn, was taken off of the rail into upper stretch and was roused four wide for the drive, gained ground at the furlong marker and vied for the lead nearing the sixteenth-pole, took command into deep stretch, responded to urging in the final stages and held in a drive to prevail. WINTER SOLDIER unhurried leaving the break, saved ground into the first turn, improved position four wide into the far turn, swung five wide for the drive and advanced at mid-stretch, finished well into the final sixteenth, could not reel in the winner in deep stretch and was up in time to secure second. DARK MYSTERY stumbled away from the start and was off a bit slowly, settled off of the solid early pace and saved ground into the first turn, maintained a ground saving trip through the backstretch run and into the second turn, rallied into upper stretch, closed willingly in the final sixteenth and just missed for second. GULARA sent leaving the start, assumed command and sped to the early lead, opened to a clear advantage along the first turn, set solid fractions through the backstretch run and widened the lead approaching the half-mile pole, carved out the pace while clear to the quarter marker and showed the way into the stretch, was overtaken heading to the sixteenth-marker, battled into deep stretch and was outfinished. BALLROOM PRINCE settled outside of runners to begin and was guided three wide along the first turn, never far back through the backstretch run, gained ground three wide heading to the quarter marker, tipped to the four path into the stretch, ran evenly to the furlong marker and could not muster a late response. PORT O' CALL settled off of the solid early pace, chased two wide along the far turn, gained ground into the stretch, needed more in the final sixteenth and finished evenly. ANTHONY'S BEST forwardly placed in the early stages, tracked the solid pace through the backstretch run, chased the pacesetter to the quarter marker, could not keep pace in the stretch and gave way.
