Chart notes
GABRIEL'S WING took a quick lead and rated the pace inside, was hand ridden away from the five sixteenths pole and drew off at the rail on the far turn, then kept alert through the stretch. SPEIGHTS YOUR MIND saved ground well off the pace, picked up the chase leaving the three eighths pole and rounded the far turn about the four path, dug in leaving the turn and got up for second later yards. SURF CITY GOLD raced in the four path the first turn, gave chase from the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn at the rail and ran evenly in the lane. SPEAKERIT stalked two deep, picked up the chase from the three eighths pole and raced two deep on the far turn, then flattened in the lane. SCHMEAR settled off the rail the first turn, gave chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, raced three wide on the far turn and weakened. I'LL FINISH became fractious in the gate then hopped at the break, stalked from the three and four paths the first turn, faded past the nine sixteenths pole, showed no response through the backstretch and was eased the final quarter mile.
