Chart notes
MISS ARGENTINA settled in the three path the opening turn then eased out into the backstretch, started a bid toward the three eighths pole, raced close off the rail on the far turn and dug in determinedly to take over the final yards. FAR MORE was hustled to the lead past the three quarter pole and moved to the inside to rate the pace, came under pressure nearing the five sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn at the rail and dug in leaving the turn but was caught in the final yards. PRINCESS MARGARET raced in the four path the first turn, gave chase passing the half mile pole and rounded the far turn in the four path, dug in leaving the turn and took third the final strides. SHE'S A BRICKHOUSE rated close inside the first turn, gave chase past the seven sixteenths pole, raced at the rail on the far turn then flattened the final sixteenth. LIME STAR raced in the four path the first turn, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole and faded in the four path on the far turn. S S FLAMINGO raced in the five path the first turn and showed little response through the backstretch. TRUE BUCKPASSING was unprepared for the break, raced off the rail the first turn and gave chase from the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn at the rail and weakened. OUR BREW saved ground. PRINCESS URSULA was through early.
