Chart notes
AIR KENNEY took over at the seven sixteenths pole and rated a slim lead over Long Cool through the backstretch, cleared that one midway on the turn and held well under steady handling. ROBBEDINTHEBAHAMAS chased outside through the backstretch, rounded the turn about the three path and finished well to take second the final yards. FLOOR IT chased through the backstretch, raced near the rail on the turn and was outfinished for second the final yards. LONG COOL engaged in close chase through the backstretch, but dropped back midway on the turn and flattened inside the eighth pole. SMOKIN SMITTY chased toward the inside, raced in the three path on the turn and ran evenly in the lane. FLASH OF DAY chased toward the inside, entered the turn at the rail, angled to the five path approaching the top of the lane and showed little further. MONEY MAC gave chase outside, raced in the five path on the turn and showed little in the lane.
