Chart notes
DEPARTURE broke out and bumped rival, took control early from inside, coaxed along on the far turn two then three wide into the stretch, started to open up before being roused midstretch and coasted in late. ZIMBA WARRIOR brushed from inside at the start, chased three wide around the first turn, two wide into the lane and bested the rest. TAISHAN bumped into rival leaving the gate, settled inside, trailed three wide into the lane, moved back inside and got up for third. SPEED GRAZY chased in the four path outside a rival on the clubhouse turn, went three wide into the second bend, steered out at the five-sixteenths pole, entered the lane five wide and got edged for the show honors. BRAVESTONE prominent early in the two path, closest in pursuit three then four wide on the far turn and faded down the lane. ALPINE THUNDER got bumped into outer rival at the start, stalked along the rail through both turns and tired in the stretch.
