U. S. ARMY set a well handled pace from the start, drew off in late stretch while being kept to a drive. LOGICAL MYTH was unhurried early then rallied four wide on the far turn, made a strong bid in the stretch but came up empty in late stretch while holding the place safe. PRESIDENTIAL was allowed to settled while inside on the backstretch, rallied two wide in upper stretch making a bid but was no menace in late stretch. PROMISE KEEPER was unhurried early while two wide on the backstretch, rallied and was five wide on the far turn, was gaining ground on the outside but was no threat in the end. LATE NITE RADIO was four wide on the backstretch then rallied on the far turn but was no menace in late stretch. NUMBER ONE DUDE stalked the early pace while three wide on the backstretch, made a bid then faltered in the drive. BLUE BOON turned his head just before the gates opened and broke slowly, was settled then was no menace in the stretch. ROWDY RASCAL pressed the pace while inside, was hard used then gave way.
